Once we have a good idea of your future home needs we will find all the homes that match those needs and show you the ones you have an interest in. No matter where we find your potential new home, whether it’s listed in MLS or “for sale by owner”, we can help you buy it. If you like, we will refer you to some of the mortgage loan contacts we've made through years of experience. They will help you explore all your financing choices so you can make the best mortgage decision. We will go with you as you preview homes and provide analysis of them. We can also refer you to home inspectors that will provide analysis and advice.
After we have found the right home for you we will negotiate the best possible home price and terms for you. We will also take care of the details of documentation and do everything we can to make sure everything's signed, sealed and delivered on closing day.
